Employment Services consists of two sections, International Recruitment and Local Recruitment. The objective of both sections is to collaborate with all the department heads in supporting an effective recruitment program that meets the Hospital’s needs and foster excellence, and to recruit a highly specialized and competent workforce to .llvacantpositionswithintheHospital.
Employment Services is committed to attracting candidates whose quality of skills and capabilities are exceptional in their chosen field in order to meet the high quality of patient care required by KFSH&RC.
Academic and Training Activities
Employment Services is working in coordination with the Training and Development Department to recruit candidates with high GPAs from local universities in order to support the Saudiization program.
In order to meet the increasing demand for a specialized workforce required by the Hospital, Employment Services is continuously streamlining the overall recruitment process in collaboration with various departments, International recruitment agencies and the Local recruitment office. We now have 24 recruitment agencies placed strategically to cover recruitment of candidates from any part of the world such as North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Pakistan, Czech Republic, Germany, Poland and Slovak Republic.
KFSH&RC is currently undergoing the implementation of the latest release of Oracle 11i HCM (Human Capital Management). It is a state-of-the-art best practiced Human Resource System that covers Human Resources, Training Administration, Payroll, Self-Services, HR Intelligence and iRecruitment modules, which will replace the existing Human Resource Systems running on Mainframe. The iRecruitment module will streamline the workflow process to speed up and optimize recruitment, especially in terms of receiving candidate applications online as well as through recruitment agencies.
